Biden: "I Respect" Cuomo's Decision to Resign

<p>President Joe Biden says, "I respect" New York Governor Andrew Cuomo's decision to resign amid sexual harassment and an impeachment probe. </p> <p>On Tuesday, Cuomo said his resignation will take effect in two weeks. He also said in part, "I'm a fighter" but my resignation will "let the government get back to governing."  </p> <p>President Biden is looking into whether he has the authority to intervene in states where governors are trying to ban mask mandates.
