In this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) CliqRex Inc., a Delaware corporation (“CliqRex” or “we”) describes how it uses personally identifiable information about you (“PII”) that CliqRex collects through its app (the “App”) or through cliqrex.com (the “Website”), and the term App includes all of the articles, blogs, forums, videos and other content and services provided on the App. Please read the complete Policy below. This Policy is part of and incorporated into the Terms & Conditions of the App (the “Terms”) available via the App or on the Website.   Accordingly, and per the Terms, CliqRex may make changes to the Policy from time to time in CliqRex’s sole discretion by updating this posting on the App or on the Website, or sending you to notice of such changes electronically and specifying the effective date of the new version of the Policy.  Your continued use of the App or the Website following the posting of a new version of the Policy constitutes your acceptance of any such changes. Accordingly, whenever you visit the App or the Website you should check to see if a new version of the Policy has been posted. 

If you are not comfortable with this Policy or the Terms, please do not provide us with PII or otherwise use the App.

The PII that we collect is used for providing and improving the App or services provided through the App. We will not use or share your PII with anyone except as described in this Policy.

The capitalized terms used in this  Policy have the same meanings as in the  Terms unless otherwise defined in this Policy.

1.  Information Collection and Use

While you are using the App we may require or ask that you provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email, name, video, pictures. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this Policy.

The App uses third party services that may collect information used to identify you, and such third parties may be given PII as described below.  Such third-party providers may include:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Facebook
• AdColony
• YouTube API

It will be your obligation to read the privacy and other policies of any such third party providers, as well as any other third party site you link to from the App, and CliqRex has no responsibility or liability for any use made by such third party providers, or providers of such third party sites, with respect to your PII.

2.  Log Data

Whenever you use the App, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone, tablet, or computer called “Log Data”. This Log Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the App when utilizing the App, the time and date of your use of the App, and other statistics.

3.  Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites or apps that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.

The App or some of the third-party code and libraries used in the App may use “cookies” to collect information and improve our services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of the App.

4.  Service Providers

We may use third-party companies and individuals for the following purposes:

To provide the App, and to facilitate your use of the App; or

To assist CliqRex in analyzing how the App or its services are used.

Such third parties may have access to or be given your PII by CliqRex for the foregoing purposes. . While CliqRex will require that such third parties agree not to disclose your PII, CliqRex will have no liability for any failure of such third parties to abide by such agreement.

5.  Security

We will use commercially reasonable means of protecting your PII. However no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6.  Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with PII we will immediately delete the same  from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with PII, please contact us immediately so that we will be able to take any necessary actions.

7.  Information in Public Areas of the App

Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily provide information in public areas of the App, that information can be viewed and possibly used by others. We therefore advise Users not to disclose contact information, including phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, instant messenger addresses or other PII within these public areas that they do not wish to share. We are not responsible for PII you choose to submit in these public areas.

8.  Disclosure of Data

We share information with third parties, but only as described in this Policy.

Advertisers and Others. We may share non-personally identifiable information with advertisers, service providers, and other persons with whom we conduct business. Similarly, these advertisers, service providers, and other persons may share with us non-PII about you that they have independently gathered or acquired.

Business Transfer. As we develop our business we might sell or buy businesses or their assets, or engage in transfers, acquisitions, mergers, restructurings, changes of control or similar transactions. In such transactions, User information generally is one of the transferred business assets, and your PII may be subject to such a transfer. Also, in the unlikely event of a bankruptcy, PII may be transferred to a bankruptcy trustee or debtor in possession and then to a subsequent purchaser.

Compliance and Safety. We may release User information (including PII where permitted by law) when we believe release is appropriate or necessary to:

-comply with applicable law, and respond to legal requests, and to respond to or otherwise address written complaints of copyright infringement;

-make disclosures under programs intended to prevent potential crimes or investigate persons;

-enforce agreements, including the Terms; or

-protect the rights, property, or safety of the App, our Users, or others, including exchanging information with other parties for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

9. YouTube API Services and Privacy

The CliqRex App uses YouTube’s API services. All users of the App agree to the terms in Google’s Privacy Policy

10. User Contacts – Upload Contact List and Images

The CliqRex Appuploads the user’s Contact List and Images to the app to check for potential contacts that use the app. CliqRex does not save, share, or store this data outside of the user’s phone. After you close the app, the data and all contact information are removed from memory.
