More about today’s guest: Eros Teboni, born in 1990, began his career at Enotria, the family wine shop on the Brenner Pass. After studying oenology, he obtained a sommelier diploma in 2011. Thus began his professional career abroad working as a sommelier in high-level hotels and restaurants.
