<p>Throughout her 20+ years of teaching,  Professor Bonnie Smith Whitehouse, has seen a significant change in her students' ties to religion. </p> <p>“I've seen them completely abandon spirituality because that drug of certainty has just gotten too toxic for them,” says Whitehouse. “And so, what is really powerful to me is wonder.
