Chris Rock's Selective Outrage UNDERWHELMS - too long to get to the punch (Rapid Reaction)

Chris Rock was live on Netflix and waited too long to get to the Will Smith material.  After a decent chunk about Meghan Markle, Chris had half an hour that underwhelmed, and the closer was strong but not strong enough to make up for the second half of the show. Also a look at a mis-produced pre-game show.
