<p>Israeli officials say they won't be moving into the city of Rafah in Gaza imminently. President Joe Biden is releasing his budget today as he tries to appeal to voters. Senator Bob Menendez is expected to be arraigned today over 12 new charges. The GOP's State of the Union rebuttal is still getting a lot of attention, but probably not the way the party would have hoped.
