Case File 196-The Montauk Project

In 1936 a story written by H.P. Lovecraft, titled “A Shadow Out of Time”, was published in an issue of the science fiction magazine Astounding Stories. The story described a race of extraterrestrial beings who tasked themselves with exploring all of history by projecting their conscious minds into both the past and the future.
