Cindy James   Cindy James lived in an ordinary suburb of Richmond in Vancouver, British Columbia. A nurse by trade, Cindy lived an unremarkable life while married to her psychologist husband Roy Makepeace. Roy and Cindy separated in 1982 and shortly after began a series of events that would lead to one of Canada’s most mysterious unsolved cases.
