I purchased my first home in 2009. It took me 8 years to save for the downpayment. I had been working in TV production producing and directing shows since 2003. Most notably the first season of Pawn Stars, Paranormal State, and Psychic Kids. In 2019 I sold the property as an investment and did a 1031 exchange. At that time I was able to turn a 1,1000 sqft condo into 17 doors (3) quads and (1) 5-plex.
